Marketing Manager für Paid Ads - Remote (m/w/d)
Deine Hauptaufgaben sind die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Paid Ads Kampagnen, vor allem auf Google und Meta, sowie das Erstellen von Creatives und Copywriting. Bring deine Expertise im Performance Marketing ein und profitiere von enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung, flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und vielen weiteren Vorteilen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Paid Ads Kampagnen, insbesondere auf Google und Meta zuständig
- Du erstellst und optimierst Creatives in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Design-Team
- Du übernimmst Copywriting-Aufgaben für Kampagnen
- Du führst Marktanalysen durch, um Wachstumschancen und neue Trends zu identifizieren
- Du überwachst und analysierst kontinuierlich die Marketing-KPIs
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem gesamten Marketing-Team und anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um die Gesamteffizienz zu steigern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung im Performance Marketing, insbesondere mit Fokus auf Meta
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in Meta & Google Business Manager; Erfahrung mit Zapier und anderen Automatisierungstools ist wünschenswert
- Du hast unternehmerisches Denken und arbeitest lösungsorientiert
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
